Generous One Hour Consultation & Comprehensive Written Report

Our first step in the redesign process is an on-site consultation and walk-through of your home. Starting curb-side, we objectively look at your home through ‘buyer’s eyes’, taking into consideration the furnishings you already own and how best to place those pieces for maximum impact.  We then discuss the level of change you’re comfortable with, taking care to discover those areas that you’d prefer remain “as-is”.  Numerous photographs are taken as reference points.

After the consultation, we carefully create a personalized, comprehensive, and highly detailed report specific to your home.  In the report, we explain the precise steps that need to be taken in every room of the house in order to transform your home into a buyer’s dream-come-true.

The report also addresses any needed repairs and/or upgrades.

Redesign Services

Fresh Ideas specializes in redesigning your home using things you already own.  Whether you’re preparing your home for sale or just looking to change things up a bit, we have the experience to take any room from good to GREAT!

Since we realize not every homeowner has the time to tackle a redesign on their own, we always include a detailed labor estimate with our written reports.   This allows you to decide if you’d like us to do the work for you.

Our quotes are broken-out by room and include the following services:

• redesign
• de-cluttering
• cleaning
• packaging unused items for storage
• materials

Our goal is to make the redesign process as simple, pleasant, and convenient as possible.

PRICE: Variable (prices start at $250 per room with volume discounts applied for multiple rooms)

Move-in Decorating

Once you’ve completed your move, Fresh Ideas can assist in making your new house a home.  Whether it’s suggesting new paint colors or helping with furniture placement, we love helping our clients create a new look for their new life.

PRICE:  $75 per hour

Interior Design

At Fresh Ideas, we believe that everyone has an eye for good design.  We believe everyone deserves to live in a beautiful, personalized space.  We believe that design is different for everyone. 

Which is why we happily work with all kinds of styles…from casual to formal…from contemporary to shabby chic…from country to retro and everything in between.

Personal Shopping Services

Our staff is always available to act as your Personal Shopper.  We delight in locating just the right furniture or accessory to enhance your home and your life.
